André del Marmol

André joined ImmoFinRE in 2010 to support its CEO and its investment team. He has been responsible for developing and maintaining the ImmoFinRE funds’ management tools such as financial models, KPIs as well as risk parameters and is in charge of drafting investor reporting. André is also a support to the investment team to which he provides his skills and experience in the due diligence/risk assessment of investments throughout the world.

André is a member of the management board of ImmoFinRE AIFM S.À R.L., the general manager of ImmoFinRE III SCA SICAV FIS.

Before joining ImmoFinRE, André spent 3 years with The Redwood Group, in support of the firm’s Director of Acquisition for Europe. As part of this experience, André participated in the closing of a $300 million equity transaction involving 200,000 sqm of logistics space in northern Moscow and a 120Ha lot in southern Moscow in view of developing some 700,000 sqm of logistics space. He also performed research and real estate financial analysis on various projects in countries as varied as Ukraine, Turkey, India and China. This time spent at Redwood allowed him to develop his investment skills in due diligence and financial analysis in difficult environments which greatly enriched his experience.

André holds a Business and Engineering degree from the Catholic University of Louvain in Belgium and during his last academic year he performed simultaneously a 6 months internship within General Electric’s corporate real estate department. André also passed the exam necessary to become a real estate Agent / Developer / Property Manager in Luxembourg.
